What is My WardWiz Space?
My WardWiz Space is a secure platform provided by WardWiz to manage your mobile security. It allows you to:

Erase Phone Book: Delete all contacts remotely if your phone is stolen.
Phone Book: View your backed-up contacts online.
Backup Phonebook: Save contacts securely on WardWiz’s encrypted server.
Ring Your Device: Locate your misplaced phone by making it ring (ensure it’s not on silent mode).
Erase Device Data: Delete all confidential data remotely.
Track Your Device: Locate your phone using GPS.
My Account: Check your registration details, including name, email, mobile number and product information.
How to Login to My WardWiz Space?

Use the email and password you registered with the WardWiz app. Visit the My WardWiz Space website, enter your credentials and click Go to access your account.



You need the email ID and password (minimum 8 characters) used during WardWiz app registration.

What is the Backup Phonebook Feature?

This feature saves your contacts on WardWiz’s secure, encrypted server, ensuring they’re safe and accessible globally.

After backing up your contacts, you can view them online by logging into My WardWiz Space.

This feature makes your phone ring loudly to help you locate it. Ensure your phone is not on silent or vibrate mode.

If WardWiz is installed and the Track My Device option is enabled, you can locate your phone using GPS. Ensure:Internet is enabled.
GPS/Location is turned on.
What is the Erase Phonebook Feature?

This option deletes all contacts from your phone. Ensure you’ve backed up your contacts before using this feature.

Use this feature only when you want to delete all data on your phone to prevent misuse. If the phone is off, the request will queue and execute once the phone connects to the network.

Yes, it deletes data from both the phone and the memory card.

How to Change My WardWiz Space Password?

Click the dropdown arrow next to “Hello [Your Name]” on the My WardWiz Space homepage. Enter your current password and set a new one.

If you forget your password:

Reset it using the link sent to your registered email.

Request your password to be sent to your registered email.

Note: WardWiz is not responsible for lost registration emails. Keep your credentials secure.

What is Device Administration Permission?

This permission allows WardWiz to remotely manage your device, enabling features like SIM lock, data deletion and tracking. It also prevents unauthorized uninstallation of the app.

This feature authenticates your SIM card and requires a password to replace it. Ensure at least one SIM card is always authenticated.

Go to your device’s settings, select SIM Card Manager (or similar) and set your preferred SIM as the default.

This feature prevents unauthorized users from uninstalling WardWiz. To disable it, go to Settings > Uninstall Protection, enter your password and toggle it off.

How to Make Optimum Use of My WardWiz Space?
Back up your contacts regularly.
Enable GPS for tracking.
Keep Tracking and Recovery, Real-Time App Protection and Battery Low Notification toggles on.Use the WardWiz Cloud menu to sync and restore contacts.

Disable Uninstall Protection in Settings.Enter your registration password.Toggle off Uninstall Protection.Uninstall the app from your device’s app manager.

What is Lost Notice?

This feature sends a request to WardWiz, granting permission to delete your device’s data if it’s lost or stolen.

For Oppo Lollipop users, camera permissions are required for anti-theft features.

Use the WardWiz Private Browser within the app for secure access. All browsing data is deleted upon closing the browser.

In which scenarios, you will be submitting your personal information to WardWiz?

You need to submit asked information which WardWiz will use to confirm your identity.

WardWiz team will use this information for processing your requests regarding your WardWiz account, WardWiz queries and respective resolution.
