WardWiz has provided you WardWiz Mobile Security App to manage your Cell phone's security through My WardWiz Space. Using My WardWiz Space, you can perform the following operations:
To login My WardWiz Space you need Email ID and Password of your WardWiz App registration.
To open your My WardWiz Space, log on to My WardWiz Space.
Enter the Password and Email used while registering WardWiz on your cell phone and Click Go tab, Home page of your My WardWiz Space gets open.
Your Email ID, which was used while registration of WardWiz Android Application, and that email IDs minimum 8-digit password is needed to log in on and open My WardWiz Space.
This option will save all your contacts on WardWiz secure web space.
As this website of WardWiz is HTPPS (Secure in advance with data encryption), it does not allow the sniffers and phishers to enter in the WardWiz traffic, it will not let them read any of the contents saved on My WardWiz Space. Thus, your backup gets substantially safe and globally accessible.
After Backing up your cell phones contact using Backup Your Phonebook from Device option present in My WardWiz Space, the backed-up contacts get saved in Your Phone Book option on My WardWiz space.
You can check your contacts by logging in to Myspace. Once you enter My WardWiz Space, click Phone book, your contacts will be displayed. Now you can check your contacts by logging on to My WardWiz Space, globally!
After clicking Ring Device on My WardWiz space, your phone will start ringing (Yelling!) automatically with WardWiz set Ring.
Using this functionality, you can search your misplaced phone.
Please make sure that your device is not on Silent or Vibrate mode.
While operating this feature, you should be within the distance range of 500cm - 1m from where you doubt your device is misplaced or lost, so that you could hear the WardWiz Yell.
If the WardWiz is installed on your stolen cell phone, then you can trace its location by clicking Track My Device option in My WardWiz Space.

You can use this traced/ location information as a primary input for further investigation.
After your Email request, we will provide you your cell phones IMEI number which you can use for further tracing and legally getting your cell phone back.
To request your IMEI number you can call toll free on 1800-266-1229 or Mail us your WardWiz Registration Key with a mail describing the case.
After clicking this option, it will erase all contacts saved in your phone book of the device.
Note: Please make sure that your contacts are backed up before deleting.
Note that, this is a self-destructive command for security of your private and confidential data.
This function should be used only when you want to delete all data present on your cell phone.
The thieves, who stole your cell phone may abuse your private and confidential data.
After Clicking Erase Device Data once, all your private data will get deleted.
If your mobile is currently switched off, after single click on Erase Device Data menu, this function stores your request in a queue. And your data will be deleted as soon as your cell phone connects to the network.
The private data saved on your device's memory card will be removed using Erase Device Data Option.
To change your My WardWiz Space Password
My WardWiz Space accounts registered Email and password is nothing but your previously used Email and password during WardWiz App Registration, you can change this password by entering in your My WardWiz Space account.
To logout from the My WardWiz Space account, click Logout, at the right top corner of My WardWiz Space home window.
To access your My WardWiz Space account through WardWiz App, we suggest you to use WardWiz Private Browser provided with WardWiz App, as this browser confidentially allows you to surf internet with strict privacy.
All your surfing data will get deleted upon closing the WardWiz Private Browser.
Turning On Device Administration permission for WardWiz during its installation allows WardWiz to access device administration.
It is needed because WardWiz provides you unique Data and SIM lock security, which can be handle remotely using your My WardWiz Space account.
After turning this security option On the strangers can not uninstall WardWiz, which enable you to track your cell phone, send us a Lost Notice so that we can remotely delete your private data stored on phone.
It also enables SIM Lock security which will not allow others to change your SIM Card.
Using this Tab present on My WardWiz Space you can send a request message which states that we have your approval to delete your devices data rather than getting misused.
If you turn On SIM Card Security option in Tracking and Recovery then WardWiz authenticates your default SIM and allows you to set a password.
You can add and remove the SIM cards from your Authenticated SIM List.
Note: The replacement of SIM can only be done using set Password.
Note: There must be at least one SIM card entry in the list which cannot delete.
Note: Please keep your Registration password noted as you need it for accessing each security option.
The WardWiz authenticates one SIM Card by default, if your cell phone has 2 SIM cards then you need to authenticate the second one.
You may follow the following steps:
1St . Enter in settings of your device and select SIM Card Manger option. ( The Option Name may Varies device to device Ex: SIM Management [Lenovo],Mobile Networks[ Vivo] etc.
2nd. Set your preferred SIM as your Default SIM.
Uninstall Protection is by default On when you install WardWiz. It restricts uninstallation of WardWiz for stranger users or unauthorized person.
You need to enter your Registration Password to access this area.
1st : To make Uninstall protection Off, on left top of WardWiz UI tap the Slider Icon> Settings> Uninstall Protection.
2nd : Enter your Registration Password when prompted, tap SUBMIT.
3rd : Tap uninstall protection toggle button to make it Off.
Note: After making Uninstall Protection Off your device, data security may susceptible for hacker's attack.
As My WardWiz Space enables user to save, import or to export contacts, make sure the contacts are backed up on My WardWiz Space. To ensure this, you can confirm your Phone Book in My WardWiz Space account.
Use WardWiz Cloud menu provided in slider, it enables automatic syncing of your contacts which help you keep your phone book up-to-date.

Make Uninstall Protection option Off if you need to Uninstall WardWiz Mobile Security.
You need to enter your Registration Password to access this area.
1st : To make Uninstall protection Off, on left top of WardWiz UI tap the Slider Icon> Settings> Uninstall Protection.
2nd : Enter your Registration Password when prompted, tap SUBMIT.
3rd : Tap uninstall protection toggle button to make it Off.
4th : Enter in App management section to uninstall the App.
For some cell phones the Drag and uninstall function will not work for WardWiz
Example Cell phones: Lenovo- A1000, Samsung GTI-8262, vivo V3.
Note: After making Uninstall Protection Off your device, data security may susceptible for hacker's attack.
Protection of Registration password is important regarding your digital data security.
If your Registration password is misplaced or have forgotten, then you can opt through 2 options.
1. You can reset your Registration password using your WardWiz Registration Email ID. On request the Password reset link will be sent to your Registration Email.
2. On request your password will be sent to your Registration Email.
Note: WardWiz is not responsible for Registration email lost, please keep your WardWiz registration Email noted in secure space.
You need to submit asked information which WardWiz will use to confirm your identity.
WardWiz team will use this information for processing your requests regarding your WardWiz account, WardWiz queries and respective resolution.
